By purchasing from this Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

3. Account Eligibility & Verification

BioFirst reserves the right to request verification or documentation at any time to confirm compliance, including proof of research affiliation with a laboratory, institution, university, or research-based facility. Failure to provide verification within five (5) business days of request shall result in automatic order cancellation.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Website and sales of products to any underage or unqualified individuals. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility or compliance requirements may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders submitted through the Website are subject to internal review and acceptance. Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Prices displayed on the Website are invitations to conduct business, not binding offers. A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of acceptance of your order, which may be provided via email or through the Website.
BioFirst reserves the right to:
- Cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion, including after payment has been received
- Request additional verification or documentation prior to shipment
- Limit quantities or restrict product access based on account status
- Refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the Customer. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without prior notice. In the event of order cancellation by BioFirst, our sole obligation shall be to refund the purchase price paid.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, and cryptocurrency (ETH/TRON). A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Acceptance of payment depends on the policies of the selected payment provider or gateway.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. BioFirst is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, customs processing, or other factors beyond its control. Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon shipment where permitted by law. BioFirst is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery locations
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Customs delays, seizures, or regulatory holds for international shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. Orders experiencing carrier delays may require a waiting period of up to 10 business days before investigation or replacement shipment is initiated.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of BioFirst. Claims related to product purity or fill weight must be supported by independent third-party laboratory testing from a recognized analytical provider. BioFirst reserves the right to review and evaluate any such claims prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
Customers initiating chargebacks for fulfilled orders may have their accounts permanently suspended and may be prohibited from future purchases.
7. Product Disclaimer
BioFirst operates exclusively as a chemical supplier of research-grade reference materials classified as Research Use Only (RUO). The following disclaimers apply to all products sold on this Website:
- Our products are chemical reference standards intended for use in controlled laboratory environments by qualified researchers
- Products have not been tested, evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other governmental regulatory agency for safety, efficacy, or any intended use
- Products are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or any other category of product regulated for human or animal use
- No product sold by BioFirst is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health-related condition in humans or animals
- BioFirst is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act)
- BioFirst is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the FD&C Act
- BioFirst is not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor of finished drug products, or clinical supplier
The RUO designation indicates that our products are intended solely for non-clinical laboratory investigations and scientific research. RUO products may not be marketed, prescribed, administered, or used in any human-directed or animal-directed application without an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and full clinical validation through the appropriate regulatory pathway.
The purchaser bears full legal responsibility for ensuring that all products are used in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any use of our products for purposes other than legitimate laboratory research may constitute a violation of the FD&C Act and may subject the purchaser to regulatory sanctions, civil liability, and criminal penalties.
8. FDA & Legal Disclaimer

9. Certificates of Analysis
All products sold by BioFirst are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting identity, purity, and quality testing results for each production lot. COAs are generated by independent third-party analytical laboratories using accepted methods such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
COAs are provided for research documentation purposes and confirm the chemical identity and purity of the product as a research reference standard. A COA does not constitute a representation that the product is suitable, safe, or approved for any human or animal use.
10. No Usage Guidance
BioFirst assumes that the Customer is familiar with the products being purchased and does not provide any type of guidelines or suggestions regarding use of the products. If a Customer asks us for such information, the Customer will be informed that we cannot provide usage guidance.
The Customer acknowledges that any request for usage guidelines may be considered evidence of lack of qualification and may result in order cancellation and/or account termination.
11. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited. Products shall NOT be used for:
- Human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of human or animal application
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications
- Compounding under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
- Performance enhancement or aesthetic purposes
- Any consumer, agricultural, or commercial applications
- Educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects
- Resale, redistribution, or transfer for any use other than legitimate laboratory research
The foregoing list is not exhaustive. BioFirst reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the Customer has violated or intends to violate these Terms.
12. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Any communication by the Customer which leads us to believe that the Customer will use or intends to use our products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a refusal to sell and permanent account termination. All collected information will be added to our internal database, which every order is checked against.
If a Customer receives a ban, it is permanent. BioFirst will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the misuse of the Website or the products sold on the Website.
13. Assumption of Risk
Research chemicals and peptides may pose hazards if improperly handled. By purchasing from BioFirst, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with handling research-grade chemicals and that you assume all risk related to the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of our products.
You agree that BioFirst shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of any product. You are responsible for maintaining proper laboratory safety protocols, including appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ventilation, and waste disposal procedures.
14. Limitation of Liability
BioFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of products obtained through the Website.
In all circumstances, BioFirst's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
The Website and all products offered for sale are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
